Canada Goose - Bicester

This project involved the delivery of a Canada Goose store at Bicester Village, with a focused construction programme and a clear design vision aligned with Value Retail standards.

With a tight timeframe and defined budget parameters, the works required careful coordination to maintain quality and meet key milestones. The need for close alignment with landlord processes meant documentation and approvals had to be managed efficiently from the outset.

We remained on site throughout the build to monitor quality, track change, and keep progress aligned with the programme. Regular engagement with the contractor and client team helped ensure cost decisions were well-informed and responsive to site conditions.
