Cafe Kitsune - Milan

This project involved the delivery of a new Maison Kitsuné store in a premier retail location in central Milan, within a listed building.

The programme was driven by the goal of opening ahead of Salone, requiring a focused approach to sequencing and coordination. The fit-out featured detailed millwork and high-end finishes, all delivered within the constraints of a heritage building and local approval processes.

We worked closely with Insight Construction Consulting, who led cost management, maintaining open communication throughout to ensure the project remained aligned commercially and on programme.

A collaborative, well-paced project that balanced design ambition, heritage constraints and programme pressure to deliver a strong brand statement in Milan.
