Longchamp - Heathrow T5

This project involved the delivery of a Longchamp concession within Harrods, located airside in Heathrow Terminal 5.

The environment brought several layers of complexity, including airport permitting, landlord approvals and coordination within an existing Harrods space. Working airside required strict adherence to access protocols and tightly sequenced works to avoid disruption to surrounding operations.

Despite the constraints, the store was delivered on time. Approvals were navigated efficiently, and construction was completed within the limited working hours permitted in the terminal environment.

This was a technically challenging site with multiple stakeholders, managed carefully to ensure timely delivery in one of the UK’s most secure and logistically demanding retail settings.
