Puma - London Flagship

This project involves the delivery of Puma’s new flagship store on Oxford Circus, one of London’s most high-profile retail locations.

The store introduces a new global concept within a large-format space, combining open-service design, integrated AV, and high-impact brand elements. The façade is a key feature, with a significant structural upgrade forming part of the scope, subject to a detailed approvals process. Internally, the exposed MEP strategy calls for careful coordination to align services with the architectural vision.

We are providing a full service across project management, cost control and design delivery, working in partnership with the lead architect to support coordination and execution. Our role focuses on bridging concept and construction, helping to manage complexity while maintaining design integrity and programme clarity.
