Ralph Lauren Penthouse - Bond St

This project involved the delivery of a globally unique penthouse suite for Ralph Lauren, created for private selling above their Bond Street flagship.

The concept was developed specifically for the London market and required a discreet yet high-impact execution. The works included full shell upgrades, high-spec interior finishes and coordination with base-building systems, all delivered within a six-week programme on site.

We developed a tailored procurement strategy that allowed us to fast-track delivery by four weeks without exceeding the target cost. Key trades were carefully sequenced and contractually structured to support parallel working and reduce risk. Throughout the build, we maintained tight control over both cost and quality, ensuring the space met the expectations of the brand and its clients.
