Ralph Lauren - St Germain

This project involved the phased refurbishment of Ralph Lauren’s flagship store in Saint-Germain, Paris. It was delivered in a live retail environment during peak trading periods.

Work took place around active store operations and key seasonal events, which made phasing and access particularly sensitive. The building’s heritage status introduced further constraints, alongside strict permissions from the city. Deliveries were restricted and coordination with the store team was essential throughout.

We maintained a consistent on-site presence and focused on building a working rhythm that minimised disruption. Unexpected conditions were resolved quickly, and two specialist millworkers were coordinated to balance design intent with cost control. Despite the challenges, the project was delivered on budget and in time for Paris Fashion Week.

This was a highly visible and technically demanding refurbishment, made successful through tight coordination, responsive decision-making and a clear focus on quality.
