Sushi Samba - Milan

This project involves the delivery of SushiSamba in Milan’s Torre Velasca — a landmark heritage building in one of the city’s most prominent locations.

The restaurant forms part of an established global concept known for its theatrical interiors and premium dining experience. The Milan site features complex cooking equipment such as robata grills and other showpiece elements, all being integrated into a highly detailed fit-out. Torre Velasca’s listed status introduces constraints around deliveries, access and structural intervention, requiring careful coordination with the landlord and local authorities.

We are providing project management and design coordination support, working closely with the general contractor to ensure the evolving design is translated effectively on site. Our role includes aligning programme, sequencing and construction detail between the local delivery team and the international design vision.
