This project involved the delivery of a major new retail concept within an existing live store, requiring phased construction to keep trading areas open throughout.

The programme was particularly complex due to the need for continuous operation, a rapidly evolving design concept being rolled out for the first time in Europe, and multiple distinct finish palettes across multiple zones.

We managed the project end-to-end, from feasibility through to handover, coordinating closely with the client, store team, and multiple design stakeholders. Phasing was carefully planned and executed in close alignment with store operations. Despite ongoing design development during delivery, we achieved a high-impact finish that reflected the ambition of the new concept.

Overall, proactive planning and careful coordination enabled us to deliver a landmark retail space while keeping the store fully operational.
