Tiffany & Co. - Copenhagen

This project involved the delivery of a new store in central Copenhagen, located within a building undergoing broader construction works during our fit-out.

Delivery required navigation of several local complexities - from differences in working practices vs southern europe, to specific technical requirements around MEP systems in the Danish market. The permitting process added further pressure, with new local regulations in place that introduced uncertainty to the approvals pathway.

We applied focused pressure when needed to protect the handover date, while coordinating our works around other ongoing construction activity in the building. This required active communication with multiple parties on site and constant adjustment to sequencing and access.

Overall, close coordination and proactive programme management allowed us to deliver on time in a regulatory environment and construction context that demanded adaptability and control.
