Tiffany Flagship - Madrid

Located on the prestigious corner of Serrano and Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, this was a truly exceptional site — widely regarded as Spain’s prime luxury retail address.

The project involved the delivery of a flagship store designed to showcase the brand’s new global concept. It included the addition of a basement and work directly on the building’s foundations, which was important to execute prefectly at the start of construction and introduced significant technical complexity. Managing complex structural work and foundation underpinning in a heritage building while also progressing design was challenging but rewarding when it all came together.

We managed the full design coordination process, working closely with the concept team to enhance design quality and adapt it to local conditions. With a long programme and high-profile site, we placed emphasis on team motivation and clear communication to maintain focus throughout delivery.
