Templar Restaurant

We worked closely with the architect from the outset, managing coordination and compliance so they could focus fully on the design vision.

The project involved the fit-out of a new Templar restaurant in Stratford, including a complex kitchen, temperature-controlled wine cellar and detailed guest areas. Landlord coordination was key, with strict regulations and limited working hours due to the adjacent cinema. MEP routing was particularly challenging given the kitchen’s location and extract path.

Our role was to manage technical delivery, stakeholder input and programme, ensuring the design intent was realised without compromise.

A complex hospitality fit-out delivered through clear role definition and hands-on coordination.
